I choose to help protect every athlete.

I pledge to help create a sport environment built on safety, dignity, respect, and accountability.

  • I will respect personal and professional boundaries.
  • I will help keep interactions open, observable, and accountable.
  • I will listen and respond with care when someone raises a concern.
  • I will speak up and report behavior that may place an athlete at risk.
  • I will not allow silence, status, loyalty, or competitive success to come before athlete safety.
